Our new 4-roll plate roller, the MG plate rolling machine model M 3015, expands our metal forming capabilities with exceptional accuracy, versatility and repeatability. This advanced system is ideal for forming precise cylinders and cone shapes from thicker plate steel up to 15 mm. We now have 6 plate rolling machines in our rolling department as we continue to grow. The CNC controller with EVO technology manages all four rollers and all integrated plate supports with exacting control, ensuring consistent results from start to finish. As a double-pinch hydraulic plate bending machine, it offers a working length of up to 10 feet and can bend all types of sheet metal (Steel, Copper, Stainless, Aluminum & high strength alloys) into complex geometries when required. Combined with our welding expertise, we fabricate all of your pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, large-diameter pipe, bridge casings, and demanding custom contours for your projects.
