Waste Gas Fabricating has expanded its machining capabilities with two new Mazak vertical machining centers built for demanding production work. The Mazak MTV-655/60 offers a large 59″ × 26″ × 26″ work envelope and a table capacity designed for heavy steel blocks, large plates, and a wide variety of workpieces. Its high-torque spindle, 6,000 RPM speed, and aggressive metal-removal rates make it an ideal heavy-duty milling. This machine is perfect for deep cutting, rough milling, and multi-stage machining cycles that require both power and efficiency.

To complement that capability, we added the Mazak FJV-250, a high-precision vertical milling machine engineered for speed, intricate geometry, and tight tolerances. Its double-column bridge design and 12,000 RPM spindle delivers exceptional accuracy, thermal stability, and superior surface finishes, especially for high-speed aluminum milling. Many customers requested expanded aluminum machining capacity, and the FJV-250 is built to meet that demand. Waste Gas Fabricating continues to grow in ways that support the changing needs of our customers.
